To avoid mismatch in busduct bill of quantity / materials, upon commercial order confirmation and request, site measurement is also part of our service to clients. It is to ensure that site conditions and tender stage routing are suitable and safe to proceed with the actual quantities.

Upon site measurement and confirmation of site conditions, we will begin busduct routing drawings, detailed dimensions and isometric drawings as shop drawings for client approval and production. Upon completion of the project & busduct installation, as-build drawings will be provided as final drawings to client to combine with others equipment/ materials as part of the project Operation and Maintenance manual (O&M manual).

Upon commercial order confirmation and request, our site inspection and supervision team will go to site busduct installation, testing and commissioning supervision. It is to ensure that all the processes of installation and testing are conducted correctly to avoid mishandling accidents / product warranty issues. A final check is recommended after installation, before energising the busduct.

Upon commercial order confirmation and request, we will provide our professional, independent expertise to provide busduct routing design and engineering calculations. I.e. voltage drop, fault level, temperature rise, short circuit etc. This ensures that all technical aspects are taken care of before a project commences.

The most challenging part of a busduct system is to modify or repair existing busduct. With our years of experience and technical know-how, we are able to provide existing busduct heat scanning analysis, modifications, touch up, repairs and make good the existing busduct.
